Who we are
LEARN-X ("we") provides an AI-powered learning platform currently in closed beta.
Data we collect
- Account: name, email, password (bcrypt-hashed)
- Content: documents you upload, notes, quiz answers
- Usage: interactions, time spent
- Device: browser, OS, IP (logs auto-deleted after 90 days)

Retention
- Account & content: while account active + 30 days, then deleted

Your rights
Email tadiwa@learn-x.co to access, correct, delete, or export data. We answer within 30 days.
Security
TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256-GCM at rest, bcrypt (12 rounds) for passwords, 72-hour breach notice.
Children
If you're under 13, do not use this beta without verified parental consent (COPPA).
Changes
We'll email beta users and update this page before changes take effect.
