By creating an account or using LEARN-X ("Company," "we"), you agree to these Terms.

3. Eligibility & Accounts
- 13+ only
- Accurate info, keep password secure
- Notify us of breach within 24 h
4. Acceptable Use
- No copyrighted material without permission
- No inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- No reverse engineering or hacking
- No unauthorized commercial use
- No impersonation or false identities
- No service disruption
- No scraping, data-mining, or automated access without prior written consent
5. User Content & License
You own Content. You grant Company a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, cache, process, transmit, analyze, and create derivative works from your Content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including AI-model training on a transient basis.
6. Feedback
All feedback is non-confidential and assigned to Company.
7. AI-Generated Content
Educational only, may be inaccurate, not legal/financial/professional advice.
8. Fees
Service is free during Beta; future fees with 30-day notice.
9. Beta Disclaimer
Beta Services may contain bugs and may change or terminate at any time. We may delete Content without liability.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Service "AS IS." To the maximum extent, liability capped at USD 0 for Beta. Some jurisdictions may not allow this cap.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Dispute Resolution
Binding Arbitration (AAA), seat in Delaware, no class actions. 30-day informal negotiation first.
14. Export Controls & Sanctions
You are not on any U.S. government sanctions list and will not export the Service in violation of U.S. law.
15. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
16. Changes
30-day email notice for material changes; continued use = acceptance.

Delaware law, exclusive venue Dover, Delaware, USA.
